Double Impact Day Raises $112,065!!

On 18 June, Ardoch ran our second Double Impact Day, where all donations were matched by our generous major supporters.

This year we set a bold goal to try and raise $100,000. Thank you to the 234 generous donors who showed us they believe every child should have the opportunity to realise their potential through full participation in education. This amazing community of supporters rallied behind our mission and purpose and helped us raise $112,065!!!

On the day there was a fantastic atmosphere of celebration in Ardoch’s offices while we brought together staff and volunteers to reach out to supporters and help us achieve our goal. Thank you to the outstanding 20 volunteers who signed up for our telethon and supported the campaign – we could not have achieved this without you!

This result will allow us to deliver more of our evidence-based programs in literacy, science, technology, engineering and maths and offer more opportunities for students to broaden their horizons. These programs will increase engagement in education, build aspirations and enhance learning outcomes for thousands of children and young people in disadvantaged communities this year.

Each year, Ardoch must raise more than $2 million to support over 15,000 vulnerable children. With about 90 percent of our revenue coming from fundraising efforts, your support of Double Impact Day has made a significant impact. For that, we are so very grateful.
